About this piece
Earth and water are never endless forces – they will forever collide with each other. While the passage of time allows the waves to split the rocks apart, the sun continues to set behind the mountains, coloring the sky in shades of fire... enough for today... enough for tomorrow... enough for always.
The photographs were taken in the Faroe Islands near the Bøsdalafossur waterfall, which always has a view of the sunset in the west.
